On The Mark Companies was built on a foundation of hard work, vision, and growth. Our journey began in 1993 in the construction industry, where we managed projects ranging from $10,000 to $15 million. This wide scope of experience gave us a strong understanding of building, development, and the value of well-managed properties.
In 1999, we expanded into property ownership and management, purchasing income properties and steadily growing our portfolio. What started in Montcalm County has since expanded into Roscommon County. Covering residential, agricultural, and commercial real estate.
Our most recent addition, On The Mark Accounting, reflects our commitment to meeting the broader needs of our community. Offering a wide variety of local accounting services, we continue to build on our reputation for trust, reliability, and long-term partnership.

Meet Our Team
I am one of the owners of On The Mark Companies, and I lead the property division. My role is to ensure that every residential home and commercial space in our portfolio meets the highest standards for quality and functionality. I spearhead the selection, leasing, and day-to-day management of all our rental properties. This is achieved with the indispensable support of our skilled Maintenance Technician team, which I coordinate directly. This partnership guarantees that when an issue arises, we respond quickly and effectively, providing you with a reliable and well-maintained space that is truly On The Mark.
I’m one of the owners here at On The Mark Companies, focused on delivering quality residential homes and commercial spaces for rent. My specialized contribution is on the financial side. I not only oversee the general accounting for On The Mark Companies, but I also lead On The Mark Accounting, a dedicated business built on financial expertise. This dual role ensures that whether you’re securing a new space or dealing with complex property financials, you have an owner-operator guaranteeing the service is precise, professional, and completely On The Mark.
As an Administrative Assistant for On The Mark Companies, I bring an essential blend of precision and creativity to our team. I maintain financial accuracy through core accounting functions while leading the visual and digital presence of our properties. This includes Photography for all homes and commercial spaces, as well as the website development and marketing of our rental portfolio.
I’m the Maintenance Technician for On The Mark Companies, and my priority is keeping every property running smoothly. Whether its a minor repair or a complex system fix, tenants count on me for a fast, reliable response. Beyond routine issues, I handle full property remodels, ensuring every unit meets our high standards for quality and comfort before the next tenant moves in.
