Applicant should be motivated, reliable, and self-starting with an eye for detail and excellent customer relations.

Duties include handling day-to-day operations of a Motel: Guest check-in; handling guest concerns; managing/overseeing cleaning staff and additional cleaning if required; answering phones; booking reservations; coordination of maintenance issues; light bookkeeping/record keeping.

Applicant must be willing to relocate to property as necessary. Compensation includes all housing and utility expenses (including cable/internet); bonuses based on occupancy; and weekly stipend.
